If a prisoner asks the FBI to investigate something they believe is wrong and the FBI finds no problem, how long does the BOP have to write that prisoner up? My husband is worried he will be receiving a write up and has asked me to find out if there is a time limit for them to write him up. I looked on the BOP site and cannot find any information on it.
