The national honor society for two-year institutions has offered membership to my husband for his 4.0 GPA.

I'm very, very proud of him!

Alas though, according to their constitution, he is ineligible for membership because his crime is one that is of 'moral turpitude'. :(

He will be placing 'Eligible for Membership in Phi Theta Kappa' on his resume though!

How nice! Tell him congratulations from all of us! :)

4.0 IS ALL THE PROOF HE NEEDS. HE KNOWS AND THAT'S IMPORTANT. CONGRATS TO HIM AND YOU, BECAUSE I KNOW IT MUST FEEL GOOD TO TALK ABOUT SOMETHING POSITIVE! :)

As a member myself I think that is great ... please extend my congratulations to him ... the certificate one receives is nice but in reality, it is only a piece of paper, his accomplishment is far more important ...
