Thanks yall Amanda USDBMP203 10-17-2005, 12:14 PM Its not public information, so unfortunatly you would have to really fight to gather that information. For example, I am an O-4 and can't even gather together information on inmates without my CO's approval code into AKO. cokorn 10-23-2005, 02:26 PM if you are a private person then thier is no reason for you to have info on why a person did a bit in the castle. or the new place. For many that is in the past and in many instances the Military Court ystewm should be illegal. normal constitutonal rights arent afforded to those accused and prosecuted in the military. for instance at my trial I was a PFC but my jury of my peers contained the lowest rank of First sergent. (someone I cant associate with privately) in the military. should have been a jury of my piers (those of simlar or equal social and economic stature as I if the person doesnt wanna tell you then let it go please mombert 11-30-2005, 01:47 PM Is that all true even if you take a PTA ? Also does the crime that you pled guilty to or the time you are given have any effect on the information becoming public? |
