I will be happy to make you a siggy or sparkle name for you. Directions are below.

Directions for requesting sparkle names and phrases
1. request the word or phrase you want
2. request the color sparkle
3. request the font you would like
4. let me know if you want hearts or stars or multiple color sparkles

(I cannot make moving text ...Coming soon)
1. Let me know the place to find the graphic you would like (name of it or post#).
2. Let me know what you want the siggy to say and if you have a font color preference.

Important Information:
1. Do not make a duplicate post here if you have already requested this information of another in a different thread.

2. Do not post your request more than one time (please be patient - it will get done I promise! )

3. Siggys and sparkles will not be redone unless I make an error (sorry people it can get very busy in the siggy folders).

Yes gif's work on photobucket no problem. :thumbsup: Once the sparkles are made you cannot resize them to a bigger size. If you want them bigger I have to make them bigger to begin with. ;) So in the future if you want bigger ones please let me know, however, there are guidelines to follow and they cannot be huge b/c your siggy must be a certain size on PTO. So I try and not make them huge. IF you see huge ones, and I don't know if you have, they are probably not in line with PTO guidelines. The whole siggy (picture plus sparkle) has to be no more than 4"x4" so this is why I don't make them huge.

Effective today, February 7, 2003, we have decided to adjust the signature rules on PTO.

The new modifications to the signature section are as follows:

* A maximum of (1) one "count down" or other type of counter/timer is allowed per signature.

(AND)

* A maximum of (1) one graphic image, optimized for the Web, with a height no larger than 300 pixels and width of no more than 600 pixels.


The reasoning behind this is because we have a great many members of PTO that use dial-up connections and when you try to read a thread with lots of graphics images in everyone's posts, it takes forever. I found this out myself when I was out of town and using an AOL dial-up account to access PTO.
Further, it stretches the pages way out and detracts from the content of the threads.

If you have a signature that does not fit this new policy, please change it as soon as possible.

The PTO Policy States the following regarding signatures and counters:

• Signatures:
Signatures are currently allowed at PTO but are a privilege that may be revoked if abused. Signatures MAY NOT contain links (unless it is for a counter) or advertisements, nor can they contain images of any type of sexual or risqué content (completely up to Admin discretion). Signatures also MAY NOT have links imbedded which cause commercial popup windows to pop up in threads, play music videos or other things that will cause sound on another member's system while viewing, or directs one to another website. You may have a graphical image that is no higher than 300 pixels x 600 pixels in width and optimized for the web. A good way of figuring this is your total signature should not be taller than 4 inches, but we prefer you keep it as low as possible. Anything that causes the forum load time to become substantially lower for dial-up members will be removed.

• Counters:
You may have a maximum of (1) Count Down timer in your signature. The counter MAY NOT have links imbedded which cause commercial popup windows to pop up in threads (including ones from sitegadgets.com). Most counters are either an active link or have the name of the originating site in the counter (such as tickerfactory.com). For the purposes of a counter only, this is allowed. Counters are the ONLY exception to the rule of having no links/site names within a signature. If this policy is abused, then all members will be required to remove counters from their signatures.

Mia's Note: This policy was written before sparkle names came into PTO. I think that ONE sparkly name, one siggy and one ticker are allowed, provided the whole thing is not bigger than 4". Mrs Dragon, if this is not correct please let me know.

Ok to get your angel centered, go to edit signature. erase whatever you have there. Click your cursor into the blank siggy box. then look above the blank siggy box and you see B, I, U. Next is left, center and right alignment. Click on the center one. Then click on the yellow mountain box. when the new window pops up earase what is in it and copy and paste the URL into the line and click ok, then save.:thumbsup:

So I made another one too. Take your pick.;) You add the sparkle to your siggy the same way you added the picture. I can do Jacoba. I honestly do not like this glitter. It is pretty but is not showing up for your purposes. This glitter is more of a fill glitter, not to be used for words. That is just my opinion. ;) Let me know what you want to do.

hey!! I just went to TickerFactory.com and made myself a sig, and to get it into your signature box --- there are 3 codes. ya must use the code in the 2nd box.

it is the one that has <a .......and....... a> on the ends.

then just paste it into your sig box. hope I helped! PM me if ya need anything!

It looks like you did not save your sparkle words as a gif. They have to be saved as a gif to sparkle. PM me if you need help. ;)

I see. Where can I find the blank picture you want? What I mean is, I need to know where the picture you want is without the writing on it. Right now you have something in your siggy which is not showing up. What are you trying to put there?

Ok here is my attempt at your globe. This is a gif, which means it has moving parts. I can't add words to gif's too well. This is why my thread says simple siggys b/c right now I can do jpgs (nothing moves). If you do not like this, I would recommend asking Meadow22 to make it for you. Just go to siggy forum and post a thread with her name as the title. Here it is anyway:)

If you are saving a sparkle name or graphic from a thread in PTO you must first click on the sparkle name 2x. It then opens in a new window. Next go to www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com/) Create an account there for yourself (follow their directions). Once your album is made you can add pics to it. I had to make this very small because of the new pixel requirement. I do not know if you will like it. There are here in 3 different colors. You pick. I have an idea! The link to your honey does not work. When I click on it I get a yahoo time out page.

The avatar looks like it was made to be a siggy. Avatars are small 64x64 and so it can't be made bigger and still be an avatar.

Faithfully here..... Ha-ha. No Faithful you have to click on the black box you see. Then it opens into a new window. Then it is just like the one you have now but a different color and different words!:D :thumbsup: It does sparkle hon , you have to click to open it first.
