I am about to lose my mind. I havent seen my husband in almost four months. I call OSP every week to see if he has been moved so that I can see him but they just keep telling me that he is still under investigation. What I dont understand and no one is able to tell me is how he is still under investigation if he was sent there because of being found guilty on four write ups and was sentenced to 90 days in seg. Now he has done 120 days in seg and I just want someone to tell me why and how they can still be investigationg this. Can anyone tell me how long they can investigate something? Please someone help!!!! He didnt do the things that they wrote him up for and the two guys that did pleded guilty two the writeups and have already been told that they are moving and are just waiting on bed space. I dont get it can anyone explain this to me?

Where is your husband at??? What is OSP? I will ask my husband too, but if you could answer the two questions: location and what OSP is that would be helpful to me. What they are doing is not right..... I sure hope these laws change soon in Oklahoma. Please let me know

My husband is in the Oklahoma State Pen. (osp) It is in Mcalester.

Sandra contact the Eastern Regional Department of corrections There in McAlester they are the over seers of the Eastern Region and OSP . I dont have the lady's name that you need to talk to with me but I want to say it is linda something she has been very helpful to me when I have called about concerns at OSP.
