Does anyone know of ANY "violent" offender programs that will result in earlier release? How does one get a sentence reduction on a determinate sentence? Are "violent" offenders allowed to participate in the interstate compact agreement? How long does this take? Can an offender get transferred from NY to NJ to finish their time? If so, how do I make a request for this info? Under what circumstances does this occur?
