What waiting list is he on? When my husband went to Texarkana only imediate family could visit for the first two weeks. They do not even consider in-laws imediate family so you may not be able to visit his first two weeks. As for the furloughs, Im not sure but I do know a girl that furloughed out to a guy and they were just firends. He just had to be on the girls visitation list. Hope this helps
