Hi everyone, :)
I was just wondering what everyone has planned for this holiday weekend and the 4th of July. Anyone doing anything fun? Going out of town? Staying home? Or working? Watching the fireworks anywhere?
As for me, I have no plans for tomorrow-I've gotta study. :( Sunday and Monday I get to see my husband :), and then I am headed to California with Hubbyslilangelbaby! We are going to stay the first night in Palm Springs and then head to Anaheim the next day and go to the beach and Disneyland Wednesday and Thursday. Yippee! I can't wait! School is majorly stressful right now, so it's a much needed and appreciated vacation. ;)
Well no matter what everyone is doing, hope you all have a wonderful weekend and 4th of July!!

hey girl, of course you know my plans! ;)

I get to see my baby on Sunday and Monday too, then it's off to Cali for us! I'm so excited! I hope we get to see fireworks somewhere along the way, but if not I know we'll see them at Disneyland each night. :p

well I hope everyone else has a great holiday too! enjoy your visits, or time off, or whatever it is that you have planned. :)

I'm just going to stay the weekend with my family at our river house. I've never been there and we've had it for a few years, so they talked me into going. While everyone else is going fishing, I'm probably heading to the beach to go shopping at the outlet malls. I'm still clothes shopping for my boyfriend, so I'm hoping to catch a few great deals. Plus, it's right by my favorite beach in the world: Seagrove Beach. I'll hang out there for a little while one of the days.

A Disney trip with Aimee and Lisa would be really nice :) but......we have a family tradition so...we will go to the 4th of July parade and then we will go to the park where they have the carnival and all that good stuff:D Then that evening we will watch the fireworks at the park and then at the base...and of course I'll come home and be sad because I wish my husband could of been there with me and the kids:( ..well one of them anyways the other one is off to Minnesota for a hockey camp:)

Everyone enjoy your visits, enjoy your vacations and have a safe and happy 4th!

TomT,

That is a great attitude. I am glad to know there are COs who see these guys are real people with real families who love them and miss them.

Have a great 4th.

Lets see, I got up went to store for salad fixings, then decided I did not want the thing after making it.. I paced back and forth for at least 6 hours.. I could have went to a couple of cook outs but my mood has been dark and I do not want to be a downer for others.. I ate 3 fudgcicles and 2 pots of coffee and here I am..
