Hi All,

I am new here and I am wondering what Chino is like. Please don't tell me it's behind glass! Also, does anyone know about how long he will be there? He's there for a parole violation and was just sent last week. When I called, they said he won't be staying there but they wouldn't tell me when he would be sent elsewhere. Will he be sent to where he served before? And how long until I am approved for visiting? How is he getting what he needs? I called and asked if I could send a package and they said no. I'm new to all of this and so far, I hate it! :(

Thanks!

Unless Chino has changed if he is in Central yes it's behind glass and no he won't be staying long maybe 2 to 4 weeks. They can't tell you hwere he's going because sometimes they don't know until right before he leaves.

Hey Welcome....

My man was in Chino Last year on a parole violation. He was there only 3 months, then sent back to orange county and then released. He was in the East Yard and yes it was behind glass, normally I guess it is only 1/2 hour or an hour visit. But I always went early and was able to visit for 2 sometomes 3 hours. I guess it is the first come first serve rule, when it's full the first ones there are the first ones to leave sort of thing.
I remember when I finally got approved it took like a month, then he only had three weeks left. I am not sure about sending packages, but if he has money on his books he should be able to order store for the things he needs.
Iknow it sucks this is the second parole violation I am going through with my man, and this time I don't know anything. Don't worry once you figure everything out it won't be so bad and before you know it he will be home.

If you need someone to talk to I am here....

Hang in there and talk to you soon
Kel:)

Thank you guys!

Do you know about how long he might be there? His PO told his mom the MOST he will be there is 12 months. Is it different for everyone for parole violations?
I can't believe this. I spend the weekend with him and then he's just gone, like he's vanished somewhere!

Thanks Again!

It depends on the violation.... I am not sure how much his PO has to do with it, but they do have some say so.

I beleive it is different for everyone, Like my man I have no Idea how long he will be there, but his PO told his Brothers mother in Law a couple of months. He has already been gone for a month.

talk to you soon
