I've not had time to research this yet, but. I was talking to husband last night on phone (at tucker) and was talking about guy who i know was supposed to be released on June 9th. So i asked "what's he still doing there?!" Husband told me lots of guys cant go home cuz approval of parole plans are stalled cuz the IPO was fired for a dirty urine test. Supposedly they're in the process of bringing back an old IPO or something!!

(IPO means Institutional Parole Officer and is the liaison between the inmates and the parole board).

I'll post any factual info i can find.
