A friend of mine is asking around to how to refix, reattach, or reupholster the fabric on the inside of the car's ceiling. It has come apart and is hanging down. Can it be done without having to get it professionally done? Thanks for helping!

There are a number of ways to do this on your own, however rarely do they look very good. 3-M makes an adhesive that you sparay on the material and then spray on the boarding that mounts to the roof of the car.

There are a number of places online that sell cheap replacement headliners for most makes of vehicles. I know from experience it is no fun when they start hanging down.

A quick fix which most people probably have tried that have had this problem are clothing pins..
