Will they let him parole out to someone whos not a family member and if hes married will it help them approve it?

Yes, they can parole out to someone who's not a family member. I had just asked this question a couple weeks ago :).

I'm sure being married would definitely better your chances of him being approved - depending on all of the circumstances involved in your situation.

When they get Parole and probation what all has to be done to where they are staying? they are charge with a sex crime.

if he's on parole or probation for a sex crime he will be on house arrest for 90 days, he can not work live or be anywhere with children unless he is supervised. There can be no guns,drugs , felons, etc. In the home. He also can't live within 2000ft. Of any school, daycare, or church or park. Hope this helps you.
