My man sent me a letter. He told me that two guards at his prison were fired for beating up inmates. They would handcuff them and start beating their head into the wall or just start beating on them. Often the inmate had done nothing to warrent being handcuffed anyway. They would make up an excuse like during shake down tell them that they had to many letters and handcuff them so they could go through the rest of their stuff then come out and beat them. Apparently it was caught on tape several times and seeing that the inmate had done nothing they fired the two men.
One thing that is irritating is you see all the stuff on the news about the mistreatment of the prisoners of war but people never once look at their own prison system and see that the same thing is happening here.

WOW!!!!! Where is your loved one at? You are right you hear about sooo much ,i know from my own experince they don't have to have a reason to come in your space and do what ever they please,i'll never forget when they came into my brothers cell ,he was in the infirmary in El Dorado,Kansas,he was terminelly ill,he could not walk and had to use a wheelchair, they shook him down and wrote him up for having the foot bars on his chair, they took them off and laughed at him as they was walking out the door, said Price you are not going anywhere you don't need these ,laughs they said they was a weapon, good god he was dying,When will this ever end?
