I heard a rumor that they were considering letting some buildings off lockdown this week... but if not this week next week looks certain. I think it's only certain buildings at first and I cant accurately tell you which ones. But theres a chance you might be able to.

yes they are letting men 40+ offlock down first and they are havign yard so this is what I hear...
