okay, I have Qwest for my cell phone, which I know has service in limited states.

Im going to Cali next month and am wondering if any of you Californians know if I will be able to get a signal in Anaheim?

One person told me that I would have a signal into palm springs, but does anyone know about Anaheim? Is Qwest even a normal service offered in Cali? :confused: If not, I need to make other plans to be able to make and receive calls. thanks in advance to all Cali-people who can answer this for me. :D

Sorry, I'm not from California but what if you called the company - they may be able to tell you where their service covers.

Girl I have never heard of the service and I live in Cali and work 5 miles from Anehiem. I will check for you...

Okay from what I see, (California) isnt even on there coverage plan. BUT i did look at the nationwide map of coverage they have and some areas in Cali around Los Angeles which is close to Anehiem I do show some coverage areas. But I am more than sure you will roam in more than some areas!!!

Hope this helps, maybe if you call them they can hook up your plan so that you wont roam as much!

okay girls, thanks for the replies. I know Qwest is really a home phone company and is in limited states, I didnt think Cali was one of them but thought someone might know about the cell phone service. I guess I will have to use my friends phone if mine doesnt work. thanks girls! ;)
