My husband's Pe/Te date was January 6 of next year. He got a disciplinary and was bumped to a class 2 which moved his Pe/Te date to February 17. When he gets back up to class 1, will his Pe/Te date move up? How long will it take for his class 2 to be moved to class 1? Does anyone know how to calculate what his new Pe/Te date will be when he gets back to class one? Will this hurt him when he goes up for parole? Someone please give me some insight.

Yes, the disciplinary will most likely be brought up by the parole board. I don't know if the pe/te date will move back up. It's either 30 or 60 days to move back up to class 1.
Sorry, not much help here. But the booklet on ADC's website can answer many of your questions. It's called something like "how friends and family can help." It's got all kinds of info on the rules. I'd pull it up now and reference the applicable info, but i'm on dialup, and it's a PDF file - would take forever.
