does anybody know that inmates in pvsp could only make one call a month if your not working, has anyone heard that.

Yes, that's the same with CMC. If you don't have a red "privledge" (sp?) card then you are only allowed 1 phone call per month & you are only allowed to spend I believe $80 per month on canteen. The way you get a red card is if you have a job or in some type of school or vocational program.

Not in our case. Mine is at PVSP. Before he went in the hole, he could not work (he is Close Custody A). But he got phone calls once a week. Maybe there is some other reason??

Of course, now that he's in the hole, no phone calls :(.
