My husband is in reception in Delano, CA for DV and I was approved to visit him, however, they put a memo on the approval saying I am not allowed to see him. The DA had also put a protective order with me and my husband against my knowledge until I got a copy in the mail. What do I do to see my husband? How can I get that protective custody thing taken off or appealed? And does he just need to enroll in Anger Management classes for me to see him? And does every other wife going thru this have to deal with the same B.S.? I had brain surgery back in 2003 so my face has scarring from it and swelling and the cops took it upon themselves to assume my husband did that to me, and I tried to fight it up on the witness stand, but the DA said I was just covering up for my husband. My husband ended up just pleading guilty cause he wanted to get it over with and he knew he would go away anyway for the violations of probation and the DA and judge weren't believeing that I really do have these ailments.....yeah, we had a fight but it was no where as severe as the cops wrote...they even put him in sny because we have a baby, and she was in the house..
He is allowed to see our baby cause they dropped the child endangerment, however, he stayed in sny cause they labelled him that from the beginning....seems the system likes to put labels on people before they know what is up...But help, how can I visit my husband?
