has anyone ever been denied visitation ,then appealed to the warden and been approved?I'm on formal probation and my husband is in chuckie's house.I was denied.the visiting sargeant told me to write the warden .HELP!!!!

First you need to have your PO write a letter stating that he/she give you permission to visit your husband who is in a CA state prison. Then you have to write the warden requestong to visit and make sure you attach the approval letter that your PO write for you. Then the decision is left in the wardens hands whether he/she wants to approve you to visit.

I know of several people who are on Probation that visit at the prison my fiance is at, so it's not like you're asking for too much! Good luck :thumbsup:

I am on formal probation. when I sent my visitor's app in (to Wasco) to visit my son, I sent an approval letter from my PO. I am approved. You have to have permission from probation just to be on the prison grounds. Good luck. With that letter, you will probably get in.
Oh, where is chuckie's house? That is new to me.

I'm approved to see my husband, but they put a memo on the approval letter saying i can't see him cause he is in for domestic violence...I'm trying to get in touch with his counselor and find out how i can get that memo taken off of the approval!!! I haven't seen my husband since March 20th!!!! And I haven't heard his voice since March 24th!!!!
