hi everyone,

as everybody knows death penalty for juveniles has been banning...my love is one of them, he wrote on th may 24th, he could move to another prison any day now ( at any time and of course, no more details from officers...).

do you know if transfers begun? i mean , one of us maybe has some information about this.

im not sure about if transfers has begun but u can always call the toll free h0tline for Texas Inmates and locate them if and when they are transferred its updated in the computer by 3pm CST that same day ;] the # is 1-800-535-0283 - hope that is at least a lil bit of help =\

One thing good about Texas is if you mail something to the inmate and they've been transfered, it'll eventually catch up with them.

Some states, if they've been transfered, they'll just return to sender.

Let us know how it all goes. When they are taken from death row to prison population, they go through a six week classification. Hang in there, and I hope you hear some news soon (((hugs)))

I received a letter from Raul returning photos and stuff like that because they have to do that in some instances, depending on what they can and cant take with them, and he said he does not want it lost in the move. He also said that they were to be moved out soon, and would let me know where he was so I could return all the stuff he sent me. He has no idea where he is going or when, but also mentioned that it could be anywhere from 10 to 60 days to make the moves.

This is for all juveniles on DR as far as I know.

yes this is for all juveniles, no one of them can be condamned to death penalty anymore.
oh! it's a new step for the both of us , a new step for our love and i really think it's wonderful...it's great to share this hapiness with you.
i will let you know develpment about it when i will receive news from the most wonderful man of my heart.
