Ya know that little spout that water comes out of into the sink when you are running your dishwasher? Well mine is a pain in the you know what.It has always been a mess but lately it is even worse.Every time I run the dishwasher the water not only spits out into the sink but now completely leaks and covers the surronding areas with tons of water so much that it drips and creates a pool of water on the floor.I usually lay out towels on the sink and counter but it even soaks through those.Tonight it took two big bath towels to mop up the water!

When its coming out of the spout it looks normal,I can't see the leaks but somehow it drenches the entire counter area!

Any ideas on what is wrong and/or how to fix it?

Thanks!

Cali, have you checked to see if your hose is loose in the back? Maybe it needs to be tightened or replaced. It could be something as simple as replacing a washer where the hose attaches. just a though.

cali is it the little spout on the back side of the sink? You may need to get liquid nail and make a small seal around the bottom of it. it is leaking from the top right. You can hook the hose into the garbage disposal in the back than you bypass the entire problem. No sure though. What part of Cali are you in?
Good luck honey.
