I have a question: If Stephen still has a pending charge will they keep him in county jail until it is resolved or will they just transfer him and bring him back down? what about if he has a pending motion in the county court?

With Wayne, he was in Mississippi with a case pending, and had to go to Alabama before the Parole Board for a violations hearing. Alabama DOC wouldn't touch him unti the charges in Mississippi were taken care of.

Ms. Amelia:
Most times state prisoners are transported to & from prison. The state will let them remain for the remainder of a trial, but return them to their last facility as soon as possible. I have had orders of returning the prisoner each day after court ends due to his high escape potential........38 Special.

Out-of-state problems are always handled first before a permanent transfer; it more economical. Good point Ms. Danielle.................38Special................ ..........:)
