My Husband Is At Millhaven, In Last Letter He Told Me That In A Week He Should Be Getting Transfered And He'll Write Then- Month Later No Word, So Today I Called Millhaven And The Lady Told Me That She Cannot Give Me That Info
She Said I Can Write Him A Letter, If He Got Transfered Then They Will Forward The Letter There- But I Am Sure That Will Take A Long Time

Do you know where he might have been transferred? You could try calling the prison you suspect he's been transferred to . . .

I would send a letter, too, just to have all my bases covered.

Hi there..Dale(my guy) just got shipped to Bath from Millhaven this week and he told me that he was going there..your husband didn't know where he was going? I just write letters to him and they do get forwarded to them, I know this because Dale has been shipped all over the place and he still ends up getting all my letters. And when your husband writes or calls you ask him where he is at and give him heck for not telling you. The institutions really can't give out that information(security issues). I hope you hear from him soon, my thoughts are with you :)

How long was he at millhaven generally on a sentance of 4 years or less you must see a parole officer by the 70th day. More then 4 years is about 90 days. That doesnt mean you will be transferred in that period. Transfers depend on the institution being transferred too, bedspace is the main concern. There is a higher demand for medium as most inmates are classified at that level. So the wait for medium can be much longer then a minimum.

In the last letter he said that he doesn't know where he is being transfered, last letter i got over a month ago- he cannot call me due to a restraining order- i put him in jail, but agreed that i will update him on how our child is doing.

i guess the police can find that info for me.
