Proof of chemical dependancy and rehabilatation efforts as factors in sentencing.

My brother wrote and asked my to find this, copy it and send it back. I have a good idea of what its about but have no idea of what or where to find what he needs. He is currently serving state time preparing to be sentenced federally. Has been active in rehab and college etc.
If someone could direct me, I would be grateful.

Well Im Canadian so Im probably not the best one to answer this but I do know that it would refer to a court case and your brother is probably interested in reading the court case or part of it because it refers to a judge or jury ruling in the way that would interest your brother. You know when lawyers refer to rulings from other court cases, well this would be one of those court cases that would probably help him.
From what I could gather, you should be searching for the following (someone correct me if Im wrong)
AM JUR PROOF OF FACTS 3d SERIES
and this has many volumes and it would be volume 51 Im guessing and I guess from there you would look for 413.
I also found this link which might help you on your search. It explains some of the abreviations like AM JUR = American Jurisprudence

Good luck and hopefully someone will come along with a bit more information or if you have access to a legal library then you would just have to find the above volume
