Hunt's-girl! As far as I know, your fiancee can parole out to you. My fiancee was approved to parole out to me. It depends a lot on the probation officer and what they decide. Sometimes if you have any type of charges and are on probation, they won't allow to be paroled out to a fiancee because they're not 'immediate family' (how I hate that term at this moment, long story). Anyway, i'm on probation (for a stupid charge no less) but my fiancee was still approved to parole out to me. I hope that helps. When is your fiancee's PE/TE date? Parole hearing date? It doesn't have to be family. Remember the young girl from Cummins? Her boyfriend/fiance paroled out to her.

Thanks peaches and julie - Hunter and I thought that he would be able to parole out to me, but the other 309 was telling us he couldn't, and I just wanted to make sure.

And peaches, his parole date isn't until 11/2006 - but I'm always thinking ahead :).
