Y'all I'm soooo happy and I just wanted to share with everybody our progress.Me and Lee will be making a down payment this afternoon on our new home.It's not new but it is to us.We're both excited and ready to start the move.We found a 96 model mobile home already set up and ready to move in.The man that owns it is going to do the financing with a small down pmt.It's really nice,3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and there's only a few small things that we wanna change in it.First things first,anybody wanna come hang wallpaper for me???LOL.The kitchen has the ugliest wallpaper I've every laid eyes on.Anyway I just wanted to share this with y'all.I guess by this w/end w'ell be wide open moving.

Fantastic News to hear.kiddo. Have lots of Fun putting your personal touch on things...Ratherr than wall paper have you considered painting the old walls and adding stencils of your own???? that might me unique and you could pick your own color theme too.

i own a paint company if you need some help let me know.....wall paper is a thing of the past, but for the really insistant ones i do hang it as well.....i specialize in faux finishings. i can only imagine your happiness, we are suppossed to close on all 3 of our houses on the 31st, they keep moving the date back and yall i swear if they do it again im going to go redneck on them!

Thanks Everybody.We've had a small set back,this mans wife is having a fit about my dogs being in the house.We talked to them yesterday evening and the man said his wife is worried we'll start buying the house and something will happen and we won't finish paying for it.We reassured them we would,so they were suppose to discuss it last night and let us know today.The guy said don't get think I'm saying no because I like y'all and I'm leaning more toward y'all than anybody else I've talked to.So we'll see,I'll let y'all know!!I've placed it in the Lord's hands,what's meant to be will be.
