Can An Inmate Parole To An Address Which Is Of Government Housing?

Yes, but the parole plan needs to be approved. So there may be other factors involved. For instance, the landlord has the right to say no.

I am on parole and parolled to government housing. If the offender lived in the housing when the crime was committed, he will be denied automatically. Like Julie said, the landlord also has to agree to it.

Thanks Juli and Joey. Ohh, i have more good news though!! Well, my hubby is here in Newport at Grimes Unit now.:) I am so happy. I haven't been to see him though and thats due to me having some up coming court dates that i missed.:( Anyways he's only three miles away now. He comes up for parole in July and should be out by August 2nd 2005. Thats if his grandmother will accept his parole release to her. oh and if the parole board and Mike Jones, the p.officer accepts. i sure hope so because if not he has to go flat, and its two years max.
:( anyways thatnks yall. sorry i hadn't been on that much i'm having a hard time with my mom. lol
