Hi, my daughter was granted parole May 21 and she is still at Tutweiler as I speek. It seems that the paper work is very slow in Alabama. She is getting interstate compac so she can come to Florida and Florida had the paperwork 2 weeks and it is back in Alabama. Good luck.

I think they will have to for non-violent offenders, but for others, I don't think so, but who knows. Here in Alabama you just can't find the method to the maddness..

I read somewhere that it takes longer to parole out of state. Could that be because of waiting on the desired state to accept them and then get the paperwork straight? Who knows, with Alabama!
