Hey, everyone...So far, the method seems to be to go to Google, type in "appeals court" and the name of your State like "Appeals court California" then look for the hits with ".gov" endings... It may take a few tries to find the right site, but so far, I'm 3 for three in finding them.... also each state's courts site seems to have a "Self Help" section....very useful information.
