the probation board called today and said they want to visit my house as my sweetie said he would be living here, one huge problem with that is that i am not a citizen here, he has family in la wouldnt that be a better way to cut red tape untill he is able to relocate on his own, or he could say that he is going to live with his roomate, at this addy and his name is on the lease here........i dont have a clue. help

You said that you are not a citizen, but are you living there legally? If so, I don't see why that would be a problem unless there is something in the parole rules there that would be against that. If his name is already on the lease I would think it would be even less of a problem. I don't have any experience with things after release, but the best thing I know to tell you is not to lie to the parole board. Nothing good could come of that. Good luck.
