Sorry I was really slow in letting you guys know... But finally as of last weekend my visitation issue was fixed. Of course before it was it blew up into an even bigger issue... let's just say with the criminal record they were accusing me of I had been quite busy...and also probably quite mentally ill not to have remembered any of it... However the FBI couldnt find any of the info on me that I was being told was from their own system... and once it was clear that this information was in the process of being obtained (it takes a while and some fingerprints to get it from them on paper!)... the incident cleared itself up. Of course it didnt stop them from trying to deny me entrance again last weekend- but finally I convinced them to check again and I got in!! Figure it this way- they try it again and I already have all my ducks in a row!! Thanks to all of you for your support!!! (oh and by the way there is a very nice FBI agent who dealt with a crying idiot who called at 1am because she couldnt sleep!!!)

I'm still ticked off that you had to go through this at all to begin with, but thank goodness you stuck with it! They picked the wrong person to go up against...lol. Congrats and I hope you enjoyed your visit :)

What a headache (and heartache) of a mess that sounds like.
Glad you stuck to your guns on everything and got your visits!! Congrats!
If there's a problem next time, and I hope there isn't, maybe you could suggest or ask that they make a note of it in their computers so it doesn't happen again. ;)

Thanks for everyones support....And trust me I have written documentation not only from the state but from the FBI that states I have no criminal record- no arrests- convictions-etc. So finally we're back to our 'good girl- bad boy' status!!! I will continue to have it in my car when I go!!--- No more driving all that way to be told I have a record and it's not their problem-- I just feel better with the proof!!!:D -- At least if they want to deny me they'll have to come up with something else!

HE HE on DOC, it really ticks me off when they think they have all the answers and then THEY DON'T!! I'm sure they excused there self and told you how sorry they were,LOL!!
Anyway thank God it's cleared and you once again can see your loved one!

Thanks to all of you who have stood beside me. Just for the record there were no 'we're sorry's' They stood by their FBI info that said someone had been using my name- despite the fact the FBI themselves couldnt pull it!! go figure-- oh well I can scream to I go blue in the face!! At least I get to see him!!!
