Several people have asked about shock probation in my case (embezzlement from a bank). I don't know much about it, but then I was told that in the federal system, shock probation does not apply. Can anyone help me with info on this?

Never heard of this. I'll be curious to hear more.

For me Probation would be a blessing, not a shock! just kidding :)
