hello - my son is at nksp and has been there for about 6 weeks.. I plan on visiting him as soon as he is done with reception because then the visits won't be for just an hour behind glass.. It is about a 5 hour drive north for me but that didn't matter I just want to see his face. I was fortunate enough to be able to see him twice a week when he was transferred to george bailey in san diego for court. he is going to be out in november just in time for thanksgiving. I I truly am thankful that his release is nov this year instead of 2 years from now. I can thank my attorneys at Pacific Law Center in La Jolla, CA for doing there homework and doing it right. there was an escape attempt. thats what my boyfriend told me. they only went on lockdown for like 3 days though. since nk is becoming mainly reception with only 2 g.p. buildings they are transfering out more than half of the population. that could be another reason.
