Well the CDC wont let me marry my man :D , but for you ladies i put together all the offical rules of marriage from the Directors Operations Manual and Title 15.

I have a marriage questions. How about inmates who are doing less time like 18 months are they able to request a marriage, how long does the whole approvale process take. My guy is heading up to Chukawalla what are their guidelines is it the same like the one you mentioned.

I'm not sure on that one, I would contact his counselor after transfer and see what they think.
