NOTICE TO OFFENDERS

Effective May 1, 2003, the Polunsky Unit will begin conducting Saturday
evening Death Row visitation by appointment. These scheduled visitation
appointments will allow visitors to be able to visit when scheduled,
eliminating waiting times and allowing the maximum number of visitors
possible to visit.

There will be two (2) schedule visitation sessions: 1st Session from 5:30
to 7:30 p.m. and the 2nd Session from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. These times
will allow for processing and escorting to be conducted in a timelymanner,
allowing for a more efficient visit.

Visitors will contact the Polunsky Unit Warden's Office at (936) 967-8082,
ext. 110 to schedule their visit. The Warden's office will accept requests
for Saturday visitation Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the
week of the visit. All visits will be scheduled first come first serve.

If the visitor is unable to keep the scheduled visit, they should contact
the Polunsky Unit Warden's Office so that time can be given to another
visitor. If you have any questions, contact the Polunsky Unit Warden's
