my son is in reacieving there and i go there every sat and sunday the guards are really nice I have had no problems visiting if you go there don't wear flip flops that is a new rule on there dress code good luck

my boyfriend is at wasco, he is in recieving as well. I have only been able to visit once though. thanks for the tip on dress code, I just pack a bag of different outfits and shoes to be on the safe side.

My Sweetheart is there. . . Visiting is fine. The guys are much easier on the dress code issues than the women are. I meet Worried Momma there every Saturday and Sunday for visits. The mail is pretty fast. . . . . . Good Luck!

My boyfriend is in there and to tell you the truth I don't even know exactly how long he's been in there. But like you, I'd love to hear from other people with loved ones in Wasco.

My husband is in Wasco, also. He has only four more months to go! I've always liked visiting there and I agree that the women are a lot stricter than the men. I always make sure to always have an extra shirt in the car, but luckily I have never had to change (except when my baby spit up all over me as I walked into the visiting building :p ).

my hubby thinks he will be going to wasco for reception were still not sure yet he has been in west valley detenion center /san bernadino for two weeks when do they go ? and is it hard to get approved to visit ?
