Can a DR inmate be Persecuted on his religious beliefs. He is being unrightfully restricted. As if one needs more restrictions on Texas Death Row. I do not know who to contact about this. He is Rastafarian. It is in TDCJ records as his religion. It is not new. How can I get some of the pressure off of him? :angry:

It's highly unlikely that Texas or any other state is going to allow him to fully practice his religion. Pot is a controlled substance. I doubt Calif even allows it for medical uses and that's legal in the state for that.

In Texas, they are like that with all religions with the men on the row. I dont know much about Rastafarian, but let him know his not alone.
