PVSP will be having visits on the 30th after all. They finished their testing today. :)
However, there was a riot on 'A' yard Wed afternoon, and that yard is on lockdown for phones until further notice. :mad: There will also be NO visiting this weekend for Hispanics or anyone who lives with a Hispanic! Blacks, whites and 'others' will be open for visits, but they will be escorted visits,:confused: (whatever that means!) This is info for 'A' yard only, and it came straight from Admin. Phone lockdown will be at least until Wed, May 4, and maybe continue for 3-4 weeks, depending on whether they get the answers they need regarding the riot.:blah:

Just a heads up. Any other yards, you need to call to find out if they are on regular visits, or lockdown also.

No I don't know. But I was told that no one has been sent out to the hospital, so if they were, they were just sent to the infirmary.

PVSP 'A' yard phone lockdown has been lifted except for hispanics.

All 'A' yard is off lockdown now. Hispanics will be allowed visits this weekend, the 7 & 8th. They were released this morning.

that they were going to lock down them cuz of some flu like thing that was going on and i have not heard from him since

As of last info which was a day or so ago.Regular D yard is normal.Dyard Gym has been on lockdown with the other yards B,C& D-Gym are all on lockdown.

If they quarantine due to flu, it will more than likely be the entire facility. The bad thing is "Valley Fever" presents the same symptons as the flu.

I've just heard that the whole place is in quarantine! But for what I don't know.

D-Gym was on Lockdown (Quarantine) due to the Noro Virus. Also, there is a few guys that have it on "A" yard in the one of the buildings. They're just stopping movement of Inmates to from each of the yards ( A & D ) at this time.

As of today at 11:00am.Visiting for the weekend of Jan 18th/19th and 20th the lockdown info is as follows:
Yard A. Bldg 5 is on total lockdown
Yard B Bldg 1&3,Bulldogs,Blacks and others are on total lockdown
Yard C Total Lockdown
Yard D Bldg 2&3 Total Lockdown.
This is absolutely crazy.And this is getting so ridiculous.My fiance transferred here by his own choice and now I bet he wishes that he didn't.We didn't have this many issues at his old prison. I've only been able to visit him once siince he's been at PSVP. If it's not the weather, then it's these darn lockdowns.I am traveling from out of state and I will be so pissed to get all the way out there and can't get in to see him.I'm realizing now, that I better call the hotline number everyday to see whats going on with his yard and even that changes so much it's hard to keep up.Well i guess all we can do is pray that it will all be over with soon.

Just got a letter today from my friend, and he said that rumor has it they'll be on lockdown another two-three weeks. I sure hope that's not true. :(
