I want to go visit out there. Would like to know any kind of info. like how far from town it is. Or any kind of visiting info. My loved one has not had a visit in along time. So he is not sure. thank you in advance. And what is it about shoes and colors. Sorry never visited a prison before. so any and all info would be helpful. thank you:rolleyes:

You might want to get in touch with an Inmate Family Council member from HDSP. They're a volunteer group, and they all have loved ones in the prison there. Cathy Vick is the Chair, and her email address is hummhill@hotmail.com , and Robin Gimlore is the Co-Chair, and her email address is RGil3305@aol.com. Either of these gals can give you some information, and they're just super at what they do.

My husband used to be there, it's not bad. You should call 1-800-374-VISI it's the visiting info line it will tell you everything you need to know.
