okay this is a question for all my PTO girls. :p

one of my co-workers has the CUTEST sandals, they are like wedges with a strap that wraps around the ankle, and then ties together at the front of the ankle. the straps are like that straw looking stuff, natural looking, I guess that is a wierd description but does anyone know what I mean? and they are open-toed too.

LOL anyways she got them at target like 3 years ago, of course! :blah: so has anyone seen them this season, or anything similar? any ideas? thanks girls! :D

I think you're talking about espadrilles. They come in all different styles. The classic ones have the straw type ties but some of the newer styles have ribbons or shoelace type ties. You can usually get them in every color of the rainbow too...lol.

I've seen them in catelogs before, online stores, Payless Shoes had them last summer too for cheap. I haven't went sandal shopping this season yet so I don't know if they're still as popular but I know you should be able to find them somewhere. They're one of those shoes that's always going to be around. Good luck! :thumbsup:

This one I can't help ya out with...lol. I have a drop dead gorgeous pair of black leather wedges and I'm scared to wear them anywhere that I have to walk. I'm a clutz so I stay away from those types of shoes (well, except for those gorgeous black leather ones...I just *had* to have those) :D

But the little time I have worn them, they were comfy...lol.

I have some shoes similair. They do hurt my feet, but the staps are leather. Too cute though!
