I was wondering if anyone else's loved ones had been charged with either of those and what the sentences were? also what state do you live in?

my baby's case has been sitting over a year and it's all jacked up bogus, but I am still worried- praying that they will plea him out and run it concurrant with his rev and bailjumping *that's right- he got the bailjumping on a case he hasn't even pled to yet!*

any help out there would be greatly appreciated!

thanks,
Billie Jo

A couple years ago, I broke up w/ a guy who bragged about doing the same thing. Only it wasn't attempted. He succeeded. I never believed him until I went down to the county computers and typed in his name and read it for myself. He got 1-2 yrs. but only did a year and a half of that. This happened in Michigan.

wow. this isn't something Charlie 'brags' about. he got away from a cop after he got pulled over and the cop jacked up this sh on him..... but I guess that it seems your guy got off easier than what C's PD said to him to make him abscound, scared sh*tless ...

this occured in WI last april btw. I don't believe he was ever in MI sorry had to crack a little joke.

My x was/is a sociopath. A very mean, violent person. Always bragging about something he did to get over on someone. I don't know how he always got out of trouble or not into as much trouble for the things he has done.
People are different and I'm sure that your guy wasn't doing this for fun like my x did. Good luck w/ everything and I hope they're not too hard on him.
