FYI - We will be on Capitol Hill tomorrow with draft legislation. Will let you know as soon as we have Congressional sponsors for bills that would amend compassionate release procedures, restore the 6 month halfway house to all inmates, change the way technical violations are handled and make numerous changes in RDAP. If you guys will email me directly at director@fedcure.org, I'll keep you updated. I don't always have time or remember to check **** but I do almost instantly post information to the FedCURE email list and the FedCURE yahoo group.
It's going to take all of this to make these changes happen. Karen
