Does anyone know why the fellas on death row at San Quentin have not been allowed to use the phone at all for about the last month? My sweetie has been writing me, and keeps saying that "we still don't have our phone privileges back yet", but he never said why.

Someone tried to escape, and something went missing from one of the guards. They have their priveledges back now though and things are running normal again. Hope you get your call soon. Good luck
