Hi... I have a situation involving my boyfriend (see my post in the 911 forum). During my search for helpful information I came across this site: http://www.bureauofprisons.com
I filled out the consultation and someone called me within 30 min. of submitting it. Said he could help write letters to the proper agencies etc... but it would cost me $250. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this site and if they have used their services. I would do anything to help my man but if this is a rip off I am thinking the money could be used else where to obtain help. If anyone knows anything about their services please let me know. Thanks.

Personally, I would tend to not believe them. IT seems like they are wanting to charge you a lot of money for something that friends on PTO would gladly help you for free!!!

I guess it depends on WHAT kinds of letters you are trying to write. BUT...I HAVE NOT CHECKED OUT THE SITE...THIS IS STRICTLY MY PERSONAL OPINION...

I agree with Mrs. D. also....Alot of us here would be glad to help you with anything you need. :)

It seems to me like you could buy the manual more cheaply and go from there on your own with the information in it.

If you have letters you need someone to look over and tidy up for you, feel free to PM the letters to me and I'll be glad to help you out with that. I just did it for another lady yesterday.
