Does anyone know whats up with the mail at ccc susanville? I sent a letter like three weeks ago and I talked to my friend yesterday and he has not gotten it yet.

I received a letter yesterday from my son at CCC Susanville, It was postmarked April 19, it took 2 days. My letters take 3 or 4 days to get to him.. Sometimes a letter takes a month, You never know.

I have not had any problems with mail going or coming in a timely matter. BUT, I do get mail returned to me saying not in custody or no such #. I just put the whole thing back into a envelope and remail it.

We received a letter from Matt from CCC Susanville yesterday. He dated it 4/15 and the postmark is 4/19. Four days to get it in the mail and two days in transit.

They do have mail issues! I write 3 to 4 letters a week, and I'm lucky if he gets 1. Boy, do I hear it over the phone. It seems he only gets my letters that have $ or photos. They need new staff.
