ggg arial black deeppink Hello i have a friend in a state prison in maximum security who has been there for 6 yrs good behavior he has a deliberate homicide conviction i am trying to locate a prison that has rehabilitation services for this crime i live in wisconsin so perfer close but does not matter we want contact visits and also yd time and needs to get out of where he is to start fresh and new and he also knows few guards from town from before sentenced which never helps would appreciate anyany kind of feedback and he is definetly ready for the programs also doesw not want to be with violent inmates and he is not recorded as violent thank you peacetrails
