my husband has 90 days to go, is it too soon to try to call the parole office in his county of commitment? i'm not 100% sure that he has put in his request to transfer counties, and i really need to know. will the p.o even give me that info??

I heard that he should have requested to be paroled and given the address at least 120 days before he is supposed to be released. I also believe that his parole conditions will be sent to him. I maybe wrong but My fiancee has 78 days before he is paroled. The good news for you is that since you are married he will be able to come home to you as his wife. Good luck. He will put in his parole plan 3-4 months before his release date. They will call you if the plan goes through and it is to your house. Then they will come to your house to look through it.

Thank you so much for the info! I have contacted his counselor, and left messages for his p.o. I didn't think they would give me any info, but the counselor was most helpful! I am getting excited, only 2 1/2 months to go!!
