My fiance is going through a appeal right now he got sentenced to 5 yrs and got revoked for probation so got another 2 total 7 he had already been in a year before he even got sentenced so now it's 6 just wondering if anyone has any advice to appeals being accepted or going to trial or what, this is a sexual offense crime i don't want to speak details about if anyone wants to pm me please do so or if you think he will be able to get time off at all?
