Well FINALLY his phone list was aproved,,,he called me today!!!!!:D I WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SURPRISED!!!!!!! BUT VERY HAPPY!!!!! :dance: Was SO good to hear his voice!!!!! BUT sad to say he got another disciplanary,,,,,DANG RULES!!!!!! He went five years without a discip.,,,in the 17 days he has been at Regional...he has gotten 2. :cry: The first they put off as a warning,,,I don't think this time he will be as lucky.:( He had court at 7,,,so I will find out tomorrow what they did. UGH!!!! I hate their STUPID rules!!!!:angry: I mean dang you can get in trouble for scratching your @ss in that place!!!! OH well,,,,CEPT for that we had a GREAT talk!!!!! Congrats, that is wonderful. I remember my first phone call. It is exciting for real. Just remember that the phone bill will come in and hopefully you will be able to contain it to what you can afford. You sure don't want the phone blocked now that you can get calls.

Hope the DR will go well with this new one. As good as it can that is under the circumstances.

He went to disciplan. court,,,,,they gave him 5 "extra" hours work duty,,,and one "extra" week on regional maintance!!!! UGH!!!! SO now he has been on regional 17 days (on the day of court) ,,,he had 30,,,but NOW he is back up to 30,,,thanks to the disciplanaries!!!UGH!!!!! DANGIT I wish they would leave him alone!!! I mean the crap they are writting him up for is just that,,,,CRAP!!!! Even the D.court judge thought so!!!! I mean come on,,,,let the man do his time and get the heck out of there!!!! They make me so MAD!!!!!!
OH well.....guess we will just have to take it one day at a time!!!! See what else thay come up with to write him up for!!!!
Well thats my update for now,,,thanks to all that was concerned!!!!!
1dayatatime.....yeah the $$$ do add up,,,but we are only going to talk on the phone once a month,,,he knows I don't make good money and I HAVE to save all I can,,,I HAVE TO GET MOVED!!!! AND SOON!!!! This driving is killing me!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the disciplinaries, but I've heard that it's very easy to get a disciplinary at BWR. My fiance and I have thought about transferring from 309 to work release - but for now we're happy with 309. Glad to hear about your phone call :)!

Thanks Hunts-girl,,,yeah it is REALLY easy to get them there,,,,,I think they look for things to right them up for.....Matt was a 309 for 3 1/2 years,,,,it was GREAT!!!!! SURE DO MISS IT!!!! Sometimes I wish he could go back!!! LOL,,,but once he gets off regional maintenance and gets a $$$ job and starts getting those furloughs every 5 weeks,,,WOOO HOOO!!!! Thats what I am waiting on!!!!! (BIG GRIN!!!)
