I cannot get into chat, and I've never had this kind of trouble before. It's not a java issue because I can chat in other java-based chats. I've tried several times, from my home computer and my work computer, and I haven't had any luck at all. All I can think is that PTO is having Chat issues...that it's not just me.

Am I missing something?

well i found out that it IS a java problem that i'm having. i've got a tech from a support forum helping me try to resolve it...and it's so INCREDIBLY frustrating! i've never had a problem with java before, it's always just 'been there' so this is a new experience for me. lol

i look forward to getting it fixed so i can join live chat!!!!

I've found that I can't chat in mozilla or firefox - I keep getting booted. I have to switch over to MSN to chat.

i use Internet Explorer, and as far as i know it's all updated, but for some reason or another my java is not working properly. i've tried re-installing it, but i'm learning that java is a tricky-tricky thing! :(

i thought it was just the chat, but i can access it from work just fine, so that was just wishful thinking.

i FINALLY got my java issue taken care of, and crossing my fingers i never have to deal with that again.

now that i've got chat up and running i'm wondering if anybody ever talks in there. ...i see a few people...but nobody talking.

I had trouble chatting at first, and the problem magically corrected itself. Suggestion, clear your cookies. Some say that helps, others say it doesn't. Good luck just the same.
